Malcolm Sime, as the Founder of "The Great Big Project" has experienced 50+ years in the business world, primarily in the importing and distribution of products, both in NZ, Australia & the Asia-Pacific region. As an innovator and entrepreneur, with sales, marketing & management skills, he has introduced new products & world leading brands to markets. He founded NZ Art Schools, bringing top International artists to NZ to run workshops. Malcolm has a compassionate heart and has enjoyed a lifetime actively involved with youth work, mentoring & helping others. He travels extensively and is working towards improving the living conditions of at least a small corner of the world.
Colin Salisbury, as the Founder and President of the Global Volunteer Network has an intimate understanding of our programs needs. He has extensive development experience both locally and internationally with time spent in Ecuador, Ghana, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines and Thailand. His background in Community Development and achieving a Masters Degree in International Development has enabled him to not only launch the extremely successful Global Volunteer Network but also co-found The GVN Foundation.

Curtis Reid is Canadian born has had a long and varied career as an energy executive working in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This has been largely focused on network development and asset management. This has included heading up many multi-million dollar project investments and related developments. Additionally, he has served and worked on several overseas missions on projects in developing nations. He has both extensive project investment and business management experience both locally and internationally and brings this experience to The Great Big Project Charitable Trust.
Gary Kenny is an IT Professional with over 23 years’ experience in IT sector including telecommunications and automotive industries, accounting and business services. He has extensive international experience having worked on a number of assignments based in Belgium, England, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway and United States.
